I told myself that I would have another Yoshinoya before returning NYC. It’s a good idea to have cold udon on a hot summer afternoon. I got a set: cold udon with katsuo, kizami nori, and shredded cucumber and carrot, beef with onion, katsuobushi wakame cold noodle sauce, and a hot milk tea as beverage. The udon has great texture, gummy but not to hard. That’s exactly what Taiwanese called ‘QQ”. I like the udon as well as the cold noodle sauce.
If time allowed, I don’t mind having another attempt.
