Prime pho is a Vietnamese restaurant around Central. Their location has an easy navigation and it is just at the corner end of Lyndhurst terrace. I tried their cold vermicelli with spring rolls and I was suprised by their huge serving. Their cold vermicelli has shaved cucumbers, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, spring onions, nuts and coriander. I like the combination fish sauce and nutty tastes on this dish. Their cold vermicelli has shaved cucumbers, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, spring onions, nuts and coriander. I like the combination fish sauce and nutty tastes on this dish. Spring rolls is my topping of choice and it taste just fine.
Nothing special in their milk tea. It's like a typical milk tea that you can try in anywhere in HK.
Anyway, their staff was really accomodating and helpful.
Overall, experience is worth a try. I wanna try their pho on my next visit. 🙂
