I've been here twice. This review is about my most recent visit on Christmas Day.Firstly let me say I like this place. It is very comfortable and has a nice atmosphere. There's also a nice view of the sea. They will be getting future business from me.The staff are friendly but the service is slow. Things like waiting 40+ minutes for food, having to ask multiple times for the bill, etc.When we ordered our food the waitress never told us some of the menu is unavailable, so we actually ordered thre

The staff are friendly but the service is slow. Things like waiting 40+ minutes for food, having to ask multiple times for the bill, etc.
When we ordered our food the waitress never told us some of the menu is unavailable, so we actually ordered three items which were sold out. The chef sorted this out for us (replaced the sold out dishes with decent alternatives), and it's clear he cares about the restaurant and food. I saw him going from table to table making sure people were happy. So kudos to the chef. But obviously the waitress should be on top of this and the chef shouldn't have to come out of the kitchen to sort out this sort of thing.
The food itself is not bad. I enjoyed it. But it's not amazing. I'd call it reliable but not luxury, if that makes sense.
The prices are reasonable, especially at lunchtime. It's cheaper than your typical Soho hangout.
I recommend you try this place if you've never been before and you fancy a break from HK island.
