Found this hidden gem in Fortress Hill.  There isn’t a lot of western restaurant in the neighbourhood, and we were attracted by the greeny décor, thus, decided to give this a try.Slow Cooked Salmon Fillet with Pommery Cream Sauce 慢煮三文鱼柳配芥末籽忌廉汁A great dish!  As it was slow cooked, the pink part of the salmon tasted so tender and soothing!  There was a variety of veggie on the side which added more flavouring to the whole dish.Napoleon CakeThe custard was not sweet and pair well with the crust.  W

 The custard was not sweet and pair well with the crust.  Would be even better if the crust was thinner and crispier. The sorbet was refreshing, giving a very nice mix with the relatively heavy crust.
