After reading some positive reviews and just being literally less than a min walk from our our place, thought to give this a try. Went Sunday and ordered French toast and pancakes and flat white. Food - both pancakes and French toast - a huge disappointment. French toast (Hk75$)using a pre-cut slices of bread like the ones you get from welcome (e.g. White garden bread) came in 3 slices soaked in syrup, 5 pcs of blueberries and cut up bananas. Food - both pancakes and French toast - a huge disappointment. French toast (Hk75$)using a pre-cut slices of bread like the ones you get from welcome (e.g. White garden bread) came in 3 slices soaked in syrup, 5 pcs of blueberries and cut up bananas. Pancakes (2pcs) ($75) came with also very pieces of bberries, 4 tiny cubes of strawberries and few slices of bananas. I expected at least average in quality or 4pcs each item. Pancakes texture were a bit rough, the kind of thing that you microwave when it gets cold that becomes a bit rubbery in texture. Was shocked to see how thin they were and only 2pcs for the price. Similarly for French toast came in 3pcs and soggy; not even huge slices.
Flat white (hk45) was average.
Message to the management, if u can't deliver food in good quality, at least make up for quantity or vice versa. This would have been acceptable. The prices you charge your customers don't reflect neither quality or quantity.
Zero Customer service if you're sitting upstairs because all the staff only come up to deliver food.
Surely We won't come back to even try their other dishes
