The standard of congee of this 'stall' does fluctuate. I once went there for a bowl of fish congee only to find that the fish meat is stale. This afternoon I try again but this time it's a lot better. You can feel the crunch when you eat the peices of fish, which are generous in portions. Not a bad deal for a meal of HK$32.
