Many years ago, I visited the Yee Shun Dairy Company in Macau and fell in love with their milk desserts, especially their double-skin steamed milk pudding! As I glanced through the menu, I decided to order my favorite - the double-skin steamed milk pudding. You can order it as hot or cold but I prefer mine to be hot.
Double-skin Steamed Milk Pudding ($27) - the pudding was reheated and arrived fairly hot in temperature. The "skin" on top was apparent and separated from the rest of the pudding. The pudding was soft in texture while the taste was milky and sweet.
While it may not be the most fancy dessert, it's the kind that you reach out for when you want something that you know it's good and consistent.
