- the Pomelo Peel didn't absorb the sauce thoroughly. Especially the central part of the peel, tasteless & dry
- Couldn't tasted the Shrimp🦐Roe as too little

- Mushy Lobster, disappointed
- Sauce was bit thick with no cheese🧀taste
