NOC is a cafe with cozy environment and comfortable seating. I came here on a weekday afternoon for lunch. I ordered a chicken salad with dirty (coffee). The salad portion was quite large with various ingredients (green veggies, pumpkin, avocado, tomato, fig, and a poached egg). Chicken was pan-fried and juicy. Coffee was good also. Price was a bit high but I would recommend this place if you look for a place for casually chit-chatting with friends during lunch/ tea-time.
