Been here quite a few times before and decided to revisit.Prices have gone up but the ordering format is still the same ie you choose noodle sets of your choice.Ordered a noodle in broth and the famous Chongqing noodles which are topped with chickpeas.The broth noodle was really good as it comes with meaty and succulent ribs.The meat came off the ribs nicely and the broth was the right level of spiciness which you get to choose.As there was quite some broth left, I ordered extra noodles.The Chon

Some restaurants serve puree and some serve crispy chickpeas or green peas.
Anyway, it was tastier as the soup didn't dilute it.
The dumplings were on the sweet side because of the sauce, while the chicken was a bit oily in the sense the oil wasn't that pleasant.
The clear jelly was my favourite as it is tasteless flavoured by the sweet syrup.
