Never had a cheesecake using *artisan* cheese! Runny melted cheese bursts out once you slice the cake open. The outer layer is sooo soft and spongy with very rich scent of cheese, oh my 🧡💛 If you find the taste of cheese too heavy for you, have it with the wild berry jam 😍 Def worth a try.
