I have brought lunch box for few weeks due to the outbreak of coronavirus. However, my wife is busy and cannot prepare the lunch box today and go out with my colleague for lunch. The 煲仔饭are as delicious as it looks. We ordered one with Spanish sausages and pork rid which is tradition and one with seafood and garlic sauce which is in new style. There is scorched rice in the pot bottom of both煲仔饭which is crispy and the soul of 煲仔饭. The creative ingredients also mixed with the rice successfully.
And I cannot miss the special red bean ice. One is mixed with milk tea and one is mixed with coffee. It upgraded this traditional Hong Kong style tea house drink again to a tasty and creative level.
