This is a stand up sushi restaurant, where you stand by the sushi bar and the chef will serve your sushi one after another.On this visit, I have ordered from the a la carte menu as the signature sushis looked particularly interesting! Good value lunch sets (e.g. 6 sushi for $95, 10 sushi for $135) were also available! All the ingredients were of good quality. The sushi was dressed, so there was no need to dip it into soya sauce. The creme brûlée tamago ($12) is a MUST-try dish!!! This is Japanes

The creme brûlée tamago ($12) is a MUST-try dish!!! This is Japanese sweet omelette with a think layer of harden caramelised sugar on top😋 I liked it so much that I ordered two!
