I haven't had these noodles for ages but the hygiene looked ok here so I decided to get it.On the menu was vegetarian prawn so I asked what it was and they showed it to me.Since it looked real compared to other vegetarian prawns I have seen, I chose that and imitation sharks fin because I love imitation sharks fin.It was really good because you mix the sauces yourself.As you can see, the vegetarian prawn is very realistic!The texture is like konjac but I didn't eat it because I don't think I can
