Coffee jelly w/ Vanilla ice cream $50
It’s always the tiny little things that put a smile on others’ face. The little 🐻 is so cute that I don’t even want to tamper it, but he succumbs to the heat and melted abruptly.. (I tried to salvage his nose and ears against all odds but in vain 🙈) The coffee jelly is set just right, not too firm still remain a bit of wobbly. I like the intense coffee flavor with the sweet vanilla ice cream. It’s a perfect sweet treat in summer.

Matcha is strong but not bitter, very easy on the palate without being overwhelming. No added sugar which is very nice to let the matcha shine.
