De-alcohol choice

After entire weekend alcohol consumption, I guess 40% of my blood have change to alcohol. To wake up my brain, my coworker suggest to have something spicy for lunch.This tofu soup look is bubbling when served, the red surface scare me as I am not a chilli tongue. Luckily the soup is not very spicy. Tofu is very soft and slide into your stomach . There also quite a lot of beef strips and a few clams. Put rice into the soup and enjoy as a whole is much rich in flavour.
