Cantonese restaurants serving Dim sums are all over the place in Hong Kong that the quality of the food varies from very delicate (and costly) to mediocre or even poor (yet still very costly). This place that we went to offered quality dim sums, we ordered fried fish cakes (煎鱼饼), chicken congee (皮蛋鸡粥), fish noodles (斑片拉面), pork and rice noodles(排骨陈村粉), cow stomach with black pepper (黑椒金钱肚), fried spring row with shrimp (in the picture) and tofu dessert (in the picture). It is a decent place for dim sum all in all, reasonably priced for food of such standards. Their dinner deals are even more appealing.
