Visited Locomotive Contemporary Vietnamese Cuisine to try their lunch sets, ordered a pork chop rice paper roll and rare beef pho. The rice paper roll had fresh crisp lettuce and crunchy carrots with the pork chop, and you can really taste the distinct lemongrass flavour. It also comes with a peanut dipping sauce on the side which goes well with the roll. The rare beef pho had good quality beef and broth, and thankfully the broth was hot enough to make sure all the beef was cooked through. The m
