Rice Paper (已結業)

This place tries to do fusion Vietnamese, but I just don't know what's missing in the food. The presentation is alright but the taste is a bit bland. Service is alright also. Sometimes if they could just go back to the basics in cooking food is better than trying fusion cooking also.Vietnamese cuisine is difficult to go up market as the ingredients are so cheap, that's why if charging too much would have adverse results.
