We came here for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. To start, I requested a window seat during the booking and we were allocated a quiet secluded table with a very nice view. The restaurant also has a very alluring ambiance – the moment you walk out the elevator you see the dimly lit interior lit up by the bulbs hanging from the ceiling and neon tubes from across the street – very cool. We ordered a light dinner of steak and slow-cooked salmon. The steak was grilled medium rare, just like we’d ordered, with a nice crisp exterior and a juicy interior. Seasoning was simple yet tasty consisting of salt, pepper and hints of rosemary.
Next up was the salmon. Again, very professionally prepared dish with a very crispy skin enveloping the perfectly cooked fish beneath. Salmon tasted very fresh and texture was very smooth.
