Roasted Chicken
Roasted to the right point. Thin and crispy skin with juicy meat. Delicately seasoned.
Lobster E-fu Noodles
Huge fresh lobster which tasted sweet and succulent. Served with slightly springy E-fu noodles in a creamy sauce.
In addition to the scrumptious combo, we also ordered a couple of their signatures.
Pork Belly w/ Garlic Sauce
Cold appetizer. Crunchy pork with a balanced amount of fat, harmonized with the refreshing cucumber slices and intense grated garlic.
Braised Abalone
Extra tender and moist abalone in a delectable sauce packed with umami.
To finish fof the meal, the restaurant treated us a warm and comforting tofu skin sweet soup.
Overall the food quality was top-notch, while the staff were polite and attentive. Would definitely revisit with my family in future!
