It has been awhile since we ate Shanghai cuisine and since my wife loved it, we decided to have it tonight. Jiangsu & Zhejiang was located at Humphrey's Building, few minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR.  They served cold dishes, appetizer, soup, rice or noodle, dim sum, desserts and drinks etc. Cold organic soybean - It was smooth and sweet, with strong soy bean taste. Steamed pork dumplings - The skin was soft in thin in texture, and the soup inside the dumplings were hot and flavourful.
