It has been awhile since we ate Shanghai cuisine and since my wife loved it, we decided to have it tonight. Jiangsu & Zhejiang was located at Humphrey's Building, few minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Steamed pork dumplings - The skin was soft in thin in texture, and the soup inside the dumplings were hot and flavourful. The meat was juicy and chewy, going well with the vinegar provided.
Drunken chicken - Chicken was marinated till juicy and chewy, with slight rice wine taste.
Pastry with red bean paste filling - It was baked till soft and crispy, and the red bean filling was sweet and warm.
