This is the baked fish intestines with egg in clay dish, this labour-intense dish has almost disappeared in Hong Kong. Fish intestines is steamed with egg and glass noodle, topped with deep fried dough and baked in the oven until golden and slightly crispy on top. When you dig in you get a spoonful of egg with intestines and a crispy coating in one bite.
