At first I want to say that I don't think that a restaurant will call their customers (those with reservation) if they are late (unless a big party). It is a normal practice to cancel the reservation if the customers are 10 to 15 min late. If eveyone with reservation is late, how the walk-in customers can have tables? How can the restaurant to organise the tables (there may be second or third rounds)?Sometimes, customers need to be reasonable too!Anyway, I have been to this restaurant for man
Anyway, I have been to this restaurant for many many times (since I was a child). I went again on Christmas Eve. They are very busy that night. As it is a special day, even we had 12 people, there was a time limit on 1.5 hour. I think it is reasonable as they don't even mark up their price that nite.
Short ribs, both the marinated ones and the one with only salt and pepper, are good as usual. But to my surprise, they had turkey BBQ and turkey salad that night! Although drinks are not included in the buffet, their prices are reasonable. Anyway, I enjoyed a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner over there with my family that nite.
