To celebrate for a new year, my friend and I wanted to treat ourselves so we decide to have lunch in Gaddi’s.I tried different consommé in their Lobby and Chesa, and I was never disappointed. This rock fish consommé did not let me down either. This was rich in flavor. I also felt the flavor of the consommé was a little bit strong so I could not taste the lobster flavor.My friend gave me a piece of the salmon and leeks terrine which was also tasty. I kind of liked the texture of semi-cook salmon.

The pan fried scallops was big, sweet and juicy. The pumpkin sauce was good, like a very smooth mashed pumpkin.
My friend said the lamb stew was tender and savory.
For the dessert, both were delicious.
