Rarely go to LKF areas in daytime but still excited to try Deep Fried Beef Cutlet $188 & Prime Flat Iron Steak $215 from Steak Bar. The restaurant isn’t spacious so probably not a good location for big group. When oil-butter mixture is almost smoking, place cutlets in skillet, since I’m not a pro so I grilled about 2-3mins per side and wasn’t that tender as expected 😅 •
personally I liked flat iron more • more tender and juicy, the portion was surprisingly big too! •
Each set also included salad, tofu & rice so I would say considerably not bad for the price at central tho.
