If you find yourselves going back to the same restaurant three times within a week happily, you've found one that needs to be recommended. If you find yourselves going back to the same restaurant three times within a week happily, you've found one that needs to be recommended.

Our first visit was last Saturday early evening, my hubby, my two little girls and I were just looking for a quick bite near home. The restaurant looked small and basic, but the manager and the chefs were very nice and friendly. When we opened the menu we were very delighted to see many of our favourite Egyptian dishes there such as Sharwama (shredded lamb with spices served with pita or rice - 'Kebab' for Indian cuisine), Hummous (mashed chickpeas with olive oil, garlic and spices), Papa Ganoush (mashed grilled eggplants with spices and olive oil) and Moussaka (baked grilled vegetables with minced lamb). After ordering the food, the friendly manager offered us a variety of Middle Eastern teas to choose from. I chose Ginger and Cinnamon, my husband had Mint tea, and she offered my little girls C+ (soft drinks). She said they came with the main dishes. "Very generous," I thought. Not many restaurants would give free drinks nowadays.

The cold dishes came quickly and we asked for bread to go with them. Hummous was okay but the Papa Ganoush was heavenly! It was indescribably delicious, especially when you dip it with the freshly made warm flat bread with sesame. We cleaned up the two dishes in no time and the girls loved the fresh bread sprinkled with sesame.

The two hot dishes Lamb Sharwama and Moussaka were excellent as well - the best in town I have to say. The lamb in the sharwama was juicy and tender, the moussaka was baked to perfection. When we asked for the bill we were so pleasantly surprised - it was less than $200 and we were given 3 free desserts! Apple pie was warm and fresh, and my girls loved the tiramisu - I hardly tried any of it because the two of them licked the plate clean within 2 minutes.

After the first visit we kept thinking about the lamb sharwama, so we ordered take away on Tuesday when we were on the go.

Then this evening we went back again, and this time we ordered Stuffed mushrooms and our favourite Papa Ganoush as starters, and for main courses we ordered Lamb Kofta (minced lamb 'sausages' served with rice) and Mexician Beef Pizza. Everything was perfect again. The pesto and cheese dips which came with the mushrooms and bread doughs were rich and flavourful, the Papa Ganoush was as good as ever, the Lamb Kofta was tasty and juicy, and the pizza was very well done too. We were so full half way through the meal that we had to take away half the pizza and had to decline desserts this time although my elder daughter kept asking for Tiramisu - unfortunately tiramisu was sold out. I think we'll be going back again next weekend!
题外话/补充资料: I have never eaten in Hyatti during lunch time, I heard it can get quite crowded from 12 to 2pm as there are quite a few commercial buildings around, the main one being HSBC Centre. So if you want to enjoy the food with some peace and quiet, try going there for afternoon tea or dinner time.
