Finally tried out HEA Ice cream, a cute ice cream store located near Sham Shui Po, which creates super unique ice cream flavours such as Lemon Tea, Preserved Plum, Tofu and Black Sesame. — I was super impressed by how rich the lemon tea flavour was! The ice cream was not overly sweet and had the perfect amount of richness to it without it being too bitter and strong.
— The black sesame and tofu was another surprise! The texture was creamy and smooth, whilst both the flavours were equally rich and did not overpower one another. Loved the addition of crispy rice on top for added crunch!
⭐️Would visit again?: Yes!!
