Inspired by the beauty of shrines, Shiawase has been designed with the Japanese temple elements. For the food, the restaurant showcases a handful of delicious robatayaki delicacies. The Hanamidori yakitori (博多华味鸟) is their signature and diners are given an all round chicken delicacy experience including the Tsukune as well as rare parts such as Chicken Heart and Chicken Tail Skewer. The skewers were crunchy, meaty and luscious.

The Fukuoka Pork Roll there were also delicious. Coriander and Strawberry Fukuoka Pork Roll were the more special ones though I believe you would either like or dislike it. I like the Strawberry Roll a lot. The skewer was coated with a slice of bacon with a crispy texture and the strawberry in the middle gave extra taste of fruitiness, with optional dip of condensed milk.
