We decided to this cute little place tucked in Hung Hom. The ambience was really nice and the staff were really friendly. We ordered their: 1. Fish skewer (烧新鲜海鳍)This was our favourite by far, the fish was very fresh and the meat was soft. It was also perfectly seasoned and the skin was crisp. It was meow-favourite.2. Salmon fish head (烧三文鱼头) This was another good dish, the fish was soft on the inside and was perfectly cooked and not overly raw or dry. Love the gooey cartilage!3. Baked Enoki Mus

3. Baked Enoki Mushroom in Garlic Butter (蒜香牛油焗金菇菜)
I like how they were able to use simple ingredients and made it taste so good. The enoki mushrooms were perfectly cooked, it was not overly oily. The buttery taste definitely elevated it’s taste. Another favourite of ours!
4. Garlic-flavored scallops (蒜香烧香烧扇贝2只)
Ooo, this is another must try. The seafood was fresh and they paired it with generous amount of chopped d garlic which gave it an elevated taste. Love it!
5. Lamb Chop (烧新鲜田鸡1只)
The lamb chop was cooked very well. It was not overly raw nor dry. Just nice, to our liking. 😊
6. Roasted Beef Skewer (烧牛脷)
All the skewers we had were perfectly seasoned and was super flavorful. I was not sure what seasoning they used but it does taste really good.
7. Roasted Pork Skewer (烧颈肉)
I like how the pork was not overly dry, it had a right amount of fat to it. I especially love the seasoning on this one, it was really yummy.
