Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge and you pay on your way out. They offer sets that come with a starter and a drink that are reasonably priced under $80. They also offer snacks and a la carte along with other drinks other than  what is offered in the sets. These drinks have a $20 discount if you order a set. The sets are the best deal so we ordered from there.

We had two drinks. Boyfriend had the Honey Black Tea (on the left, part of the set drink selection) and I had the Fresh Orange Green Tea (on the right, $6 as not part of the set drink selection). I loved the orange green tea as it was a refreshing orange taste. Boyfriend felt his honey black tea had a good amount of sweetness.

Sets came with an appetizer of spicy bean sprouts. These were fairly spicy but not too much one can't handle.

Boyfriend had the Signature Braised Beef Shank Beef Noodle ($78) because like he said ... it's the name of the restaurant. You get a choice of noodle so he had Guanmiao noodles, the thick round Taiwanese ones.  This came with some baby bokchoy. The noodles were good and clung to the soup well. The soup itself was fantastic. A rich hearty beef flavor with hints of the herbs used to create it.

There were two cuts of beef. There was a beef brisket that had an intense beef taste.

There was also beef shank which was a nice thick cut. This was really good and literally melted in your mouth. It was that soft and tender.

I had the Herbal Drunken Shredded Chicken Soup Noodle ($68). Lots of shredded chicken that was firm with a slight taste of the wine used to marinade it.  There were cordyceps as well. The soup was wonderful. Rich and not too strong in herbs to turn people off.  I finish it all of it and I rarely do drink the soup.

My choice of noodle was the sliced noodles as I do love this. It was smooth and slippery with a bit of bite.

We shared an appetizer of Herbal Drunken Chicken Wings ($28) because I love drunken chicken. These were delicous with a nice shot of wine but yet so sweet  with hints of herbs. The wings were separated into two pieces to make it easier to eat.

Though they changed their concept, the food still remained just as delicious. Prices were reasonable as well. Apparently they will open a new shop in Kowloon Bay that will combine their Hainan chicken rice shop as well. Which I di like their Hainan chicken rice. Will definitely be back and look for the other shop when it opens.
