Waffle lovers will love these wafflesssss It was tea time, me and my friend saw a big advertisement poster on the street and decided to try the waffle. I got my all time favourite "Banana waffle". The presentation was amazing! I didn't even want to cut it becuase it was so pretty but the ice-cream started to melt so I have be cruel. Wow, the waffle was so yummy. It was not an ordinary waffle that you get to eat outside. The texture of the waffle was different, it was more like bread type. Late

I didn't even want to cut it becuase it was so pretty but the ice-cream started to melt so I have be cruel.

Wow, the waffle was so yummy. It was not an ordinary waffle that you get to eat outside. The texture of the waffle was different, it was more like bread type. Later on, the staff explained to us that they didn't use the waffle mixture that everybody else is using but they use fermentation. It also takes a long time to cook it because after we ordered the waffle, the staff will then mix the pearl sugar with the dough and this process will take awhile. They use the pearl sugar because it won't melt easily with heat and these pearl sugar helped to lift up the taste because they were crunchy and sweet. It tasted so good if you eat the waffle with the ice-cream.

The presentation of the strawberry crepe was incredible as well, you can tell that the staff put lots of effort into making it. I would call this crepe a healthy one because it had less sugar in it. The crepe was quite thin and eggy. The cream was not so sweet as well. The macadamia ice-cream was so yummy, the macadamia was so crunchy.
