As a not so dessert person, I had to say Paul Lafayet made me change my mind about desserts. Those extra calories that I once thought of as unnecesary, all of a sudden became worthy. Good to have some little luxury bites every now and then!CHOCOLATE MOUSSEBeautifully made and visually seamless. The taste of chocolate was rich, yet texture was airy and light, sweetness was perfect in that it was not too sweet and not lacking of sweetnes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! APPLE CRUMBLEA very good crum

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Beautifully made and visually seamless. The taste of chocolate was rich, yet texture was airy and light, sweetness was perfect in that it was not too sweet and not lacking of sweetnes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

APPLE CRUMBLE

A very good crumble, very buttery and light, although a little too sweet for my preference. Apple was soft and very rich in flavour. We heated it in the oven for a bit and marked a very satisfying night to a busy day!
