Decided to try a cooked breakfast at Cova today! I picked poached eggs on grilled bruschetta (requesting vegetarian option i.e. without ham). The eggs were cooked just right and they went really well with the crispy bruschetta and hollandaise sauce! Portion was enough for me, considering there were also a tall glass of orange juice + a big cup of coffee to go with it!Service was good and the staff were courteous and friendly.
