Dim Sum disaster

I went to this restuarant last week as the reviews were good here. But I made a mistake of having dim sum which none of the previous reviews was about. Anyway, only 2 of us, ordered 4 types of dim sum including dumplings in soup, mouth-watering chicken, cheong fan with xo sauce. None of them was good. Cheong fan was tasteless. The chicken was tough. The dumpling soup was oily. Even the service was average. No one bothered to re-fill our tea. I noticed the last review was a year ago, may

I noticed the last review was a year ago, may be things have changed?

The only thing good was it was cheap and we ended up paying just $160 with free parking thrown in.
