今个星期三11月11日中午到了红磡嘉里酒店中菜红糖饮茶,估唔到我会星期五又来吃晚饭. 星期三午餐吃点心,吃了XO酱炒肠粉,虾饺,和牛包,荔芋盒. 高水准餐厅经理周先生(Isacc)问食物如何?我本想试海鲜饺,但冇货, Isacc解释话厨师有要求唔靓嘅货,宁愿唔卖。The chef won’t sell those dishes if the ingredients are not in good quality. That’s great to keep the quality. 好的坚持!Issac极力推荐下我星期五晩再来吃晚饭,吃了Issac极力推荐(Highly recommended)榄菜荷叶盐焗鳕鱼球 (Baked Cod Fish and Chinese Olive Pickle with Salt in Lotus Leaves)。味道有惊喜!金果青柠明虾球(Stir-fried Prawns with Mango and Lime)酸酸甜甜好好味。我钟意饮的杏汁炖白肺汤(Double boiled pork lung soup with Almond)好足料!冲绳凉瓜

金果青柠明虾球

我钟意饮的杏汁炖白肺汤(Double boiled pork lung soup with Almond)好足料!
冲绳凉瓜炒和牛脷
(Sautéed Waygu beef tongue with Okinawa bitter melon). 有镬气
甜品就由Cindy介绍的干清枣皇糕
(Steam royal red date cake with coconut milk),果然冇介绍错,好有质素,好浓的枣味
还有Cindy好醒目,我点了一碗白饭已预先分成两半碗.
下次一定试Cindy推介原个椰皇炖花胶鲍鱼(Double boiled Young coconut soup with abalone and fish maw). 亦期待下次试试蛇羹和生炒糯米饭
晚饭,高水准中菜厅,色香味俱全high quality food and good service。Excellent!
The only downside of the restaurant is a bit noisy as full house (even though there is enough distance between tables. Perhaps it’s not high ceiling enough)。
