Dragon Seal is a very comfortable restaurant, suitable for business and family meals. It is located on Sky102 in ICC, Kowloon, with great views when the sky is clear. The dim sums are traditional Chinese and beautifully presented. The variety is good, and the taste is above average. The prices are reasonable. I recommend the beef buns and fried scallops, which are not commonly found in dim sum restaurants.
