This restaurant features a range of authentic and classic Cantonese dishes blended with a delicate touch of Japanese-oriental styles. 🥢 Pic 1️⃣: 焦香叉烧肠粉 / Steamed Barbecued Pork Rice Roll - $62 hkd — These steamed rice rolls were smooth and nicely stuffed with barbecued pork. Personally thought the bbq pork was on the sweeter side but had a good distribution of meat to fat. Could’ve done with a bit more soy sauce though, but overall not

Pic 2️⃣: X.O.酱野菌炒萝卜糕 / Stir-fried Turnip Cake, Wild Mushroom, X.O. Sauce - $88 hkd 🍄
— This was pretty good as it was packed with flavour and had a nice kick to it. The X.O. sauce was pretty fragrant and savoury too. The turnip cake had a nice firm texture to it and soaked up all the flavours of the sauce.
Pic 3️⃣: 富贵虾饺 / Steamed Mantis Shrimp Dumplings (2pcs) - $52 hkd 🦐
— Quite disappointing for the price 😅 these were soooo tiny and didn’t really taste of much either! The texture was oddly soft and the shrimp didn’t have any bounce or chew to it at all. Probably better off ordering regular har gao to avoid disappointment.
Pic 4️⃣: 瓦煲干炒牛河 / Stir-fried Beef in Clay Pot, Flat Noodles - $118 hkd 🥩
— Very generous portion size but was lacking in flavour. The noodles weren’t dry enough instead just really oily and there wasn’t much 镬气 either. The beef was alright, pretty tender and had a lot more flavour compared to the noodles.
Pic 5️⃣: 流心奶黄包 / Steamed Soft Custard Buns (3pcs) - $56 hkd
— Pretty decent custard buns. The custard was runny and perfectly sweetened. I loved that the buns also had a slight coconut milk aroma to them which went well with the light eggy-flavour of the custard.
