Catch, on Catchick Street, is one of the stalwarts of Kennedy Town dining. In my opinion, it does Western cuisine extremely well. We started with the burrata, prawn toast and crab fries with truffle caviar and tobiko mayo. The burrata was light and the garnishes added a slightly tangy sour flavour. The prawn toast was crispy and deep fried. The chipotle mayo was absolutely divine, adding a spicy kick to this dish. The crab fries were also delicious and the crab meat truffle caviar elevated this

For mains, we chose the 10oz rib eye which was grilled to a perfect medium rare, so tender and full of flavour. We also ordered the sea bass with a unique laksa sauce.
I love coming to Catch, they use seemingly ordinary ingredients to create amazing dishes that keep you wanting to return!
