My first ever tempura omakase at tempura jiro! was very much drawn to the cypress counter and warm lighting once entered. Things are sophisticated yet cozy. The chef carefully selected the finest ingredients from each season. From tempura batter, oil temperature, and timing, the chef weave every ingredient into a blissful taste with the skills that only craftsman knows. It was a full house on a weekday, do remember to book way advance to secure your seat!
