心𥚃wow了一声 when I see the magnificent night view (too bad that the window seats are fully booked) .心𥚃又wow了第二声 when I see a huge chandelier overhead .叫了tasting menu. 原来不能单一个人叫tasting menu的.有4款bread, crispy的好香芝士味,另一款则太咸了.The Appetizer look interesting, it is a plate of foie Gras paste with around 6 pieces of finger nail sized vegetable. Here comes the hand made pasta with porcini. It's al dente and that's all. Don't you think it's a bit too ordinary to see this on a tasting menu? That's what I wanna ask the chef if he comes to my table.
Main course is John Dory (fish) and the fishy smell is very strong. Why? And the sauce is super salty.
Dessert is white fig tart. It is not sweet. The pastry at the bottom is a bit hard to cut through.
The wine pairing is so-so.
I'm sorry to say that 色香味 are all lacking.
