Our waitress gave a wonderful service but the host sucked.We had a table for ten in the begining. The host just dropped off the tonsils and a whole stack of plates on the table without setting up for us. (minus 1 star out of 5) whateven made my experience of this Outback worse was to add one more extra seat as we had one more person coming. the waitress was sweet enough to give us an extra table and chair to make it more roomie.(+1 star ) the host dropped off a tonsil set without an extra plat
We had a table for ten in the begining. The host just dropped off the tonsils and a whole stack of plates on the table without setting up for us. (minus 1 star out of 5) whateven made my experience of this Outback worse was to add one more extra seat as we had one more person coming. the waitress was sweet enough to give us an extra table and chair to make it more roomie.(+1 star ) the host dropped off a tonsil set without an extra plate and left without any words (- 1 star). So I raised my hand and waved at the host when she was looking over to us. she pretended seeing nothing and turned around (- 1 star). perhaps, she really didn't see my hand or she was not responsible to serve. so I went over and asked for an extra plate (I knew I was rude to do so), and she replied "can you please be patient and wait?" (-1 star)
I said "OK, thank you". and then went back to my seat. I saw the new plate was placed on the rack a few mins later but she was still standing by the door and chilling with another host (-1 start). I went over to the rack and ask my waitress to allow me to pick up the plate by my own. and then went over to the host and gave her a few words &%**#&#*$&@. of cos I was not rude enough to cuss. but it was good enough for me to rate it as 1 star restaurant.
