This so-called “must try” restaurant in the peak requested us to finish the milk tea bought downstairs. It’s no big deal so we finished our drink, but I seldom recall any other restaurants had made such demands so blatantly in HK. They also asked my family to finish the dinner within 1 and 1/4 hours because someone has booked the table after that. But 70% of the tables were empty when we left. The food is just about the same level as Cafe-de-Coral. What’s more ridiculous is that they openly asked for TIPS regardless the bill already included 10% service fee.
