I am a fan of Chiu Chow cuisine and found that the chef from this restaurant was a celebrity chef, so decided to visit, but the food was not as good as I expectedAll the dishes that were supposed to be crispy were not crispy, including the crispy noodles (only one side was pan fried), the crab and shrimp balls tasted like meat ballMarinated goose platter was relatively better, comapring with other dishesdisappointed
