We have not found Teppanyaki in yuen long for long time - more than 10 years. Although as a resident living long enough in Yuen Long, we don’t have any expectation for the food quality! We have ordered the steak, scallop, cod and prawn, but…. DISAPPOINTEDLY most of them were oily, tasteless and not fresh! It is the worst Teppanyaki I ever had. The scallop told you the real taste of RAW scallop - it was not well cooked! {when I asked the chef to cook it again, of course it became over done!!!!!!! } The steak is thin, tasteless and over cooked! Again the cod is absolutely tasteless and oily! May be the prawn is the only dish that were in average quality!!!!!!!!
May be they occasionally do some good dishes that’s why some customers wrote them a good comments. If this is the case, the restaurant should make sure the foods are fresh and in good quality always! However, my last experience is awful and disappointed, particularly when you were paying premium for the food! It is definitely not value for money! If possible, I would ask for my money back!!!!!!!!!!
