Normally, when one goes to a "cha chan ting", you won't expect much, right? All you expect will be reasonably efficient service and reasonable quality of food. That's it! What you can find is totally disappointing in Hokkaido Dairy Farm Milk Restaurant. Waitnesses are not trained, not responsive, not showing good attitude... And then you wait, and wait, and wait... and what you can get is wrong order... sigh!!!And misleading information (misrepresentation?)... it's stated in the menu - coff
And misleading information (misrepresentation?)... it's stated in the menu - coffee served with hokkaido dairy farm milk. What you get in the end is ordinary "condensed milk"... sigh!!!!
It certainly does not worthwhile for me (and you) to go and try,... or try again!!
