Located in the basement section is Oak. Owned by the local chocolate/cookie maker Choco Choco, they have a small shop selling not only their chocolate and cookies  but coffee and hot chocolate.

Menu is in English and Chinese  (there is no 10% service charge) where they serve the usual coffee blends along with odd ones like orange coffee and yuzu coffee. They also had a vast selection of non coffee drinks as well. Seating is limited as they are geared for take away.

As Choco Choco is a chocolate maker, I went against gut instinct and ordered a latte ($40). Let's say, I should have ordered hot chocolate. It was watery and not aromatic. Weak tasting and bordered on bitter. I'm not particular on the latte art but it was a bit on the rough side. I wonder if it was the barista as the person who made it seemed unsure of how to work the machine as the other person went off to get my change. The other person returned later and finished off my drink. I found it odd.

Definitely wouldn't be back for the coffee. I may give it another try for hot chocolate as that is what they are known for. But definitely stay away from the coffee.
