Disappointment* WAS expecting a decent dinner gathering with friends* result - Regret choosing this restaurantFood* expensive * not value for moneyService * poor service, not attentive * our table has been approached by the same waiter TWICE that they had customers complaining we are being too "noisy" !! * we asked him if this is a fine dining restaurant and he said no and this is a Chinese restaurant !!* hopeless Restaurant Manager who NEVER come to our table for elaboration on the complaint*

* having a not even 4' aisle between the two rows of tables, i wonder how "quiet" when this place is packed. Do we all need to whisper when talking ?
* it's my fault, I shouldnt have picked a LIBRARY for the dinner
