This Mixian restaurant used to be on my top 3 list because of the nice quality and good value. However the quality has dropped so much these years. My previous visit was around half a year ago, which would definitely be my last.One good thing was that the amount of toppings were still generous. Their soup base used to have lots of peppercorn and chili, tasted so rich and flavorful and very spicy. This time it was just plain broth with so much MSG and they simply added chili sauce on top depending on the order of spiciness. Mixian was also too overcooked and too soft. Very disappointing.
