I have booked Louise for my anniversary celebration but I am so regret for that. I chose the indoor dining place to avoid smell of cigarette smoke. The environment was noisy and the back door was constantly opened. Therefore, we have to eat under the smell of cigarettes smoke for the entire night. The chairs were very uncomfortable. The chairs were very uncomfortable. My partner was assigned to sit at a corner which the chair was placed imbalance between the carpet and the floor. She has a very bad back pain afterwards and have to go for a physiotherapy!
I tried to email Louise about the issues but no reply was received. This is very disappointing for a Michelin star restaurant.
